Resolution
#2004-135 approved November 9, 2004 reflecting a total of
21 voting members with one member from each of the following
areas: (1) Indian River County (IRC) Health Department, (2)
Gifford Health Center, (3) IRC Hospital District, (4) Community
Health Network, (5) Visiting Nurse Association, (6) Indian
River Memorial Hospital, (7) Indian River County Healthy Start
Coalition, (8) Mental Health Association, (9) Sebastian River
Medical Center, (10) Indian River County Emergency Medical
Service (EMS), (11) Indian River County Human Services, (12)
Fellsmere Medical Center, (13) Indian River County Council
on Aging, (14) Florida Department of Children and Family Services,
(15) Indian River County Ministerial Association, (16) School
District of Indian River County, (17) Indian River County
Sheriff's Department, (18) New Horizons of the Treasure Coast,
(19) Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, (20) Taxpayer's
Association, (21) Member of the Public at large appointed
by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners.
Meetings
are held quarterly on the last Thursday of the month at 9:30
a.m. at the County Administration
Building B, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL in
