In May
of 2003 the County and the School Board entered into an Interlocal
Agreement for public school planning. Per Section 7.1 of that
agreement, the County, the City of Fellsmere, the City of
Sebastian, and the City of Vero Beach each had to appoint
a member to the Staff Working Group.
