Statement of Function
The General Services Department is a multifunctional department composed of both related and unrelated divisions providing both internal and external services. The internal functioning divisions providing services to other agencies within the County Government are the Mailroom and Switchboard Services and Telecommunications Division. External functioning divisions providing primary service to the general public are the County Libraries; Parks Division; Recreation Division; Sandridge Golf Course; Shooting Range; and Veteran Services.
