Code
enforcement staff's main responsibility is to enforce codes
and ordinances enacted by the County to protect community standards.
Specific duties include processing various permits and approvals
(e.g., sign zoning permits, home occupation permits, alcoholic
beverage licenses, release of easements), issuing code violation
citations and inspecting site development projects for issuance
of Certificates of Occupancy (CO). Staff in this Section present
code enforcement cases to the County Code Enforcement Board
(CEB) at the Board's monthly meetings. |
