application, along with associated documents and fees shall
be submitted to the Community Development Department for a Stormwater
Management System (SWMS) Permit. The SWMS permit authorizes
the design of the sites management of rainfall runoff. The commencement
of construction activities is not authorized by this permit.
Commencement of construction is only authorized via the release
of the site plan, receipt of a LDP or as otherwise provided
for in the Indian River County Land Development Regulations. |
