Classroom Education on Stormwater
Indian River County has purchased the Officer Snook Water Pollution Program to teach children in grades pre-k thru 12th about the harmful effects of stormwater runoff. Our plan is to take the program into all of the schools within Indian River County. The program comes complete with a costumed mascot appropriately named Officer Snook, books for each student in each grade level, stickers, tattoos, CD’s, t-shirts, teacher’s lesson plan books, and posters.
