Recycling and Garbage Collection Changes
Frequently Asked Questions
FertilzerStarting October 1, 2015, all residents of Indian River County will have a convenient and user‐friendly way to recycle with Single Stream Recycling. Also, Unincorporated County residents who subscribe for garbage collection will receive a 96‐gallon cart, switch to once-a-week garbage collection, and will see a 35% rate reduction.
