About the Fairgrounds & Expo Center
The Indian River County Fairgrounds & Expo Center is conviently located in Central Florida jjust minutes from Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. The Fairgrounds consists of a total of 139 acres and three primary facilities. The Ag Pavilion is 28,875 sq feet under roof with clay floor and lighted for nighttime events. The Expo Pavilion is 20,000 sq feet with concrete floor and is also lighted. The Expo Exhibition Center is an enclosed air conditioned, 20,000 sq feet facility that is available for a wide range of events. It has office space, a serving area and restrooms. With 17,000 sq feet of open floor space it is ideal for wedding receptions, dances, trade shows and static displays. These facilities are available on a first come basis and require a minimum 25% deposit to secure a reservation.

Expo Exhibition Center
The Expo Center is a 17,600 square feet indoor facility with air conditioning/heating, restrooms, and a foodservice area for catering complete with a freezer and sink. Maximum occupancy for the Expo Center is 1,144 people. There are also two offices that measure 12' x 12', one having (2) desks and one that is empty. Agriculture Pavilion
The Ag Pavilion measures 165' X 175' and has electric, water, and lights. The Ag Pavilion can host livestock events, pet agility shows, and more. Trash left over after an event is hauled away by staff from the Indian River County Parks Division.

The Expo Pavilion
The Expo Pavilion is 20,000 sq feet with concrete floor and covered roof. Also lighted, the expo pavilion can be used for numerous functions. Trash receptacles are placed throughout for use during an event. Parks Division staff will dispose of the trash after event.
