Description

Victor Hart Sr. Community Enhancement Complex, formally known as Gifford Park, is a large complex centrally located north of the Vero Beach Airport.  The park consists of playground facilities, aquatic center, library, youth activity center, football and baseball fields.

Victor Hart Sr. Community Enhancement Complex is also home to the Gifford Aquatic Center and Youth Achievement Center. Hours are from 7:00am until sunset.

Features Include:

• Lighted 200’ Little League field with concession, press box and restrooms
• Lighted 300’ multi-purpose baseball/softball field with concession, press box and restrooms
• Lighted full size football field
• Two lighted basketball courts
• Two lighted tennis courts and one tennis wall

Rules

• No pets permitted within any County Park – County Ordinance 205.03.22.
• Alcohol is not permitted within any County Park – County Ordinance 205.03.26.
• No open fires – County Ordinance 205.03.04.
• No camping – County Ordinance 205.03.16.
• No overnight parking – County Ordinance 205.03.19.
• No trespassing when park is closed – County Ordinance 205.03.19.
• No fireworks – County Ordinance 205.03.5.
